Welcomes customers promptly and offers assistance. Qualifies customers needs and advises customers by providing product information based on those needs. Confidently asks for and closes sales quickly and efficiently. Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing checks, cash or credit cards using POS software. Schedule the delivery and/or installation services as needed. Assists in maintaining a clean, well‑merchandised sales floor and completes all tasks assigned by manager in a timely manner.

High school diploma OR equivalent required. Previous sales experience preferred but not required.

Effective written and verbal skills. Mathematical

Skills:

Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Able to use a calculator.

This position involves constant moving and standing. Involves occasionally lifting 50+ lbs. May occasionally involve reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. May involve reaching above eye level. Involves close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
