Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Great Falls, MT. The Account Manager will oversee and manage customer relationships, identify and pursue sales opportunities, and deliver tailored office technology solutions. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client connections, providing personalized support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and collaborating with teams in sales, IT, and support to achieve business goals.

The role also involves reporting and meeting sales targets while staying up-to-date with industry trends.
