Tran Source Truck & Equipment, Inc. is a growing company representing Mack Trucks, Volvo Trucks and Volvo Construction Equipment, and serving as a dealer for multiple product lines that support the on‑highway, construction and agriculture industries.

Job Type: Full‑time.

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment, including but not limited to machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems.
• Carry out necessary repairs and conduct complex repairs to ensure proper functioning.
• Troubleshoot and analyze issues reported by drivers or operators, and provide effective solutions to address problems.
• Respond promptly to customer needs in a positive, supportive and timely manner to ensure maximum value for work performed.
• Communicate job progress to supervisor and customer as needed.
• Complete service reports, order parts and maintain clear customer records.
• Field Technicians will be going out to service calls.

• Two‑year technical degree and/or equivalent job experience in any of the above fields.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, transmissions, undercarriage, track systems and components, pneumatic, electrical and fuel systems.
• Previous experience working on Volvo equipment is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Positive attitude and desire to provide outstanding customer service.
• Computer, written and verbal communication skills.

• Competitive pay based on prior experience and demonstrable knowledge: $25.00–$50.00 per hour depending on role and experience.
