This role is a full‑time HVAC Service Technician position in Montana. The base pay range is $30.00/hr – $45.00/hr the company is a Montana‑based Building Controls company specializing in turnkey building management and system integration service.

- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and their controls
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine installation or service procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers and teammates
- Communicate clearly with clients, explaining system functions and maintenance needs
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
- Be available for occasional after‑hours, weekend, or holiday service calls
- Travel as needed (some overnight stays may be required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
- Refrigerant handling license (EPA Certification)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools
- Ability to use multimeters and read electrical schematics
- Proficiency with computers and device‑specific software for troubleshooting
