Lead HVAC Service Technician

This role is a full‑time HVAC Service Technician position in Montana. The base pay range is $30.00/hr – $45.00/hr the company is a Montana‑based Building Controls company specializing in turnkey building management and system integration service.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems and their controls
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals to determine installation or service procedures
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and teammates
• Communicate clearly with clients, explaining system functions and maintenance needs
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Be available for occasional after‑hours, weekend, or holiday service calls
• Travel as needed (some overnight stays may be required)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience
• Refrigerant handling license (EPA Certification)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostic tools
• Ability to use multimeters and read electrical schematics
• Proficiency with computers and device‑specific software for troubleshooting
