Financial Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
Job Type: Temporary (3 Months)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Rate: £28.20 - £30.77 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
£28.20 - £30.77 per hour | 3-Month Temporary Contract | Remote / Hybrid | Immediate Start
We're seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join an international organisation on a 3-month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who can quickly take ownership of financial reporting and accounting activities across multiple legal entities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage accounting and reporting for multiple legal entities
- Deliver month-end and year-end close activities
- Prepare journals, accruals, provisions and balance sheet reconciliations
- Manage intercompany transactions and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Prepare management and Group reporting submissions
- Support statutory accounts, audits, tax reporting and compliance
- Maintain strong financial controls and identify process improvements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
- Strong financial accounting and reporting experience
- Experience managing complete legal entities
- Knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations and statutory reporting
- Experience in multi-entity or international environments preferred
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills (SAP advantageous)
- Able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Competitive hourly rate of £28.20 - £30.77
- Flexible remote / hybrid working
