The Role
As Senior Site Manager, you'll take the lead in delivering major construction projects valued at £15 million and above. Working alongside experienced project teams, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Lead the day-to-day management of major construction projects.
 
* Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
 
* Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality and programme performance.
 
* Coordinate with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
 
* Monitor project progress and resolve any site-related issues.
 
* Mentor and develop junior members of the site management team.
About You
You'll ideally have:
 
* Experience as a Senior Site Manager or an experienced Site Manager ready to step up onto larger, more complex projects.
 
* A proven track record delivering projects for a main contractor.
 
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
 
* Excellent knowledge of construction processes, quality standards and health & safety legislation.
 
* A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering projects to the highest standards.
