As a Hearing Aid Audiologist you will manage clinics, deliver customer‑centric Hearing care solutions and act as an ambassador for Boots Hearing care. The role involves flexible working – including evenings and weekends – to meet customer demand and provide high‑quality care across all locations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments.
• Safely perform BSA‑recommended procedures.
• Maintain precise clinical records.
• Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales.
• Champion Hearing care and generate in‑store demand.
• Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements.

• Car Allowance: £5,064 pro‑rata in addition to basic salary.

• BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
• Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
• 2+ years post‑qualification experience.
• Consistent clinical audit results.
• Completion of CPD requirements.
• Achievement of commercial targets.
• Deep understanding of audiological principles and strong administrative skills.
