About the RoleAs a Hearing Aid Audiologist you will manage clinics, deliver customer‑centric Hearing care solutions and act as an ambassador for Boots Hearing care. The role involves flexible working – including evenings and weekends – to meet customer demand and provide high‑quality care across all locations.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments.
- Safely perform BSA‑recommended procedures.
- Maintain precise clinical records.
- Achieve targets for appointment activity and sales.
- Champion Hearing care and generate in‑store demand.
- Fulfil personal development and CPD requirements.
- Car Allowance: £5,064 pro‑rata in addition to basic salary.
- Competitive salary:

- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration.
- 2+ years post‑qualification experience.
- Consistent clinical audit results.
- Completion of CPD requirements.
- Achievement of commercial targets.
- Deep understanding of audiological principles and strong administrative skills.
