Data Engineer

We are looking to recruit an SC Cleared Data Engineer for a leading technology consultancy to join a long-term Central Government programme supporting a major Defence digital transformation initiative.

This is a hands‑on data engineering role working across a broad and evolving technology landscape, with a strong focus on building, developing and supporting modern data solutions within a secure environment.

The current platform is expected to be primarily AWS
, with a planned migration towards Google Secure Cloud
, so this would suit someone comfortable working across cloud‑based data platforms and adapting to changing technical environments.

This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to work onsite in Malvern 3 days a week.

Key skills and experience:

• Strong SQL
• Experience with Databricks
• Building and maintaining data pipelines
• Data transformation, processing and integration
• Working with large and complex datasets
• Experience delivering scalable and reliable data solutions
• Comfortable working in secure, regulated or government environments
