Coach Builder

We are currently recruiting for a Coach Builder on behalf of our client, a reputable company based in South Worcestershire.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to specialise in bespoke automotive craftsmanship.

• Basic salary between £40,000 and £50,000+ depending on experience and skills - 40-hour week with an early finish every Friday - 30 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays

• Hand-building bespoke sports cars to exacting standards
• Traditional aluminium coach building and body panel fabrication
• Using the English Wheel for hand-forming and shaping aluminium panels
• Panel fabrication, metal finishing, and preparation
• Fitting and aligning body panels with high precision
• Contributing to low-volume vehicle manufacturing and bespoke automotive projects
• Producing high-quality craftsmanship with attention to detail

• Proven experience as a Coach Builder
• Strong traditional aluminium coach building skills
• Proficiency with panel fabrication, metal finishing, and panel alignment
• Experience in classic vehicle restoration or low-volume vehicle manufacture is advantageous
• A genuine passion for traditional automotive craftsmanship
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
