Blue Cross UK in Malvern is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our charity shop. This part-time role (14 hours over 2 days) supports the Shop Manager by driving sales, sourcing quality donations, and delivering a friendly shopping experience in Barnards Green.
You’ll help recruit and train volunteers and ensure excellent customer service. With retail leadership experience, you’ll motivate a team of volunteers, manage cash handling, and contribute to community engagement.
