£30k basic - OTE £55-60k

The Role

You’ll handle pre‑booked strategy calls and warm leads from webinars, understand each prospect’s investment goals, and guide them to the right programme. You’ll present pricing confidently, manage objections professionally, and convert motivated enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact warm enquiries via phone to convert

* Build rapport and understand investment goals and readiness

* Recommend the right programme with clarity and credibility

* Present pricing confidently and close high‑value sales

* Handle ROI and finance objections with ease

* Follow up consistently and manage your own pipeline

* Maintain accurate CRM notes and hit conversion KPIs

* A decisive, straight‑talking salesperson who knows how to close

* Comfortable discussing money and leading conversations to a decision

* Resilient, organised and self‑motivated

* Strong experience in insurance, consultative or high‑ticket sales

* Competitive, credible and driven by results
