Business Development Executive

Location: Great Malvern

Malvern - Hybrid after training

£30k basic - OTE £40-45k

If you’re a confident Sales Person who enjoys getting the deal over the line this role offers you a basic salary of £30k with OTE of £40-45k.

Calling warm leads from webinars, you will be asking customers to commit to the training they have expressed an interest in and make sure they are signed up to the next programme.

The Role

You’ll handle pre‑booked calls and warm leads from webinars and guide them to the right programme. You’ll present pricing confidently, manage objections professionally, and convert motivated enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact warm enquiries via phone to convert

* Recommend the right programme with clarity and credibility

* Present pricing confidently and close high‑value sales

* Follow up consistently and manage your own pipeline

* Maintain accurate CRM notes and hit conversion KPIs

* A decisive, straight‑talking salesperson who knows how to close

* Comfortable discussing money and leading conversations to a decision

* Resilient, organised and self‑motivated

* Strong experience in insurance, consultative or high‑ticket sales
