Retail Security Officer – M&S

Salary: £13.96 per hour

Guaranteed hours: 50 per week

Candidate must have 5 years of trackable working history in the UK.

As an M&S Security Officer, you will become part of the wider store team, helping deliver the professionalism, reassurance and customer experience expected from one of the UK's most trusted retail brands. Your duties will include maintaining a safe and secure environment while contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.

• Creating a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within the store
• Supporting customers and colleagues professionally and confidently
• Responding appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns
• Helping de‑escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully
• Working collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment
• Delivering high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times
