Baillie Reynolds Maintenance Ltd is a specialist provider of maintenance services for the social housing sector. The company offers a range of services including void management, planned works, larger repairs and responsive repairs.

• Confident in trades such as basic plumbing, plastering, tiling, carpentry, kitchen & bathroom installs, painting and decorating.
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external clients and customers.
• Maintain a safe environment for site staff and residents.
• Present a professional appearance as the role is customer facing.

• Social housing background preferred but not essential.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Full driving licence.

• PAYE (salary) or self‑employed (hourly) salary negotiated upon application.
• Company van and fuel card for PAYE workers.
• Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.
• Optional weekend work.
