Inspire, part of the Shaw Trust Group, is recruiting a Senior Residential Support Worker for our Malvern, Worcestershire home. You will lead shifts, support up to 3 children, and work with staff to maintain high standards of care and safeguarding.
The role requires a minimum of 12 months' experience in a children's setting, a QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare (or equivalent), and a full UK driving licence. You will be a positive role model, promoting wellbeing and independence.
