The Role

We’re recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join an industry-leading equipment rental business.

This is a commercially focused internal sales role where you’ll play a central part in driving revenue across a broad equipment rental offering. You’ll manage inbound enquiries, convert opportunities into orders and support customers with fast, accurate and professional service.

This is not a call-centre role. You’ll have ownership, responsibility and visibility, working closely with external sales and operations to deliver the right equipment, on time.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound enquiries for equipment rental solutions

* Convert enquiries into profitable hire orders

* Upsell and cross-sell equipment and services to existing customers

* Produce and follow up quotes to maximise conversion

* Support external sales teams with pricing, availability and account activity

* Build strong relationships with repeat and key rental customers

* Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline

* Work closely with operations to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in internal sales, account management or rental sales support

* Commercial mindset with a focus on margin, utilisation and customer value

* Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly

* Organised and able to manage multiple live enquiries

* Experience in equipment rental, hire, engineering, construction, utilities or industrial sectors is highly desirable
