The Role

* Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.

* Matching, checking and coding invoices against purchase orders where required.

* Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any discrepancies.

* Managing supplier queries and maintaining strong working relationships.

* Supporting payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid on time.

* Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records and keeping accounts up to date.

* Working closely with the wider finance team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.
