Operations Manager position dealing with resin flooring packages across the industrial and commercial sectors. Oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of resin and industrial flooring projects. Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. Lead and manage site and project teams, driving productivity, quality, safety and performance. Monitor project costs, programme and profitability, identifying and resolving operational issues.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high standards of service and supporting repeat business. The ideal applicant will be Operations Manager Resin Flooring with:
