Early Years Practitioner – Flexible short‑term and long‑term opportunities available immediately.
These flexible opportunities are ideal for Early Years Practitioners who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different nursery and early years settings. You’ll be supporting children in their formative years, ensuring a safetodos, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes learning and development.
Duties as Early Years Practitioner- Support planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Assist with care and supervision of children aged 0–5 years
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
- Encourage social, emotional, and physical development through play‑based learning
- Monitor and record observations of children adecuada progress and share with staff
- Support children with personal care needs where required
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting abges
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and staff
- Patience, empathy and adaptability
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development
