We’re currently recruiting resilient and adaptable individuals to join our team as Unqualified Teaching Assistants, supporting schools across the Great Yarmouth area.

In this role, you’ll work closely with pupils with a range of academic, social, and behavioural needs. You’ll play a key part in helping them stay engaged, emotionally balanced, and ready to learn. No two days are the same—this is a hands‑on and rewarding opportunity where your attitude, consistency, and confidence will make a genuine difference.

While experience in education, care, or youth work is beneficial, what matters most is your resilience, positivity, and willingness to step up when it’s needed most.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel between schools may be required at short notice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
