As a Maintenance Person, you will ensure the premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard. This includes performing regular checks, carrying out repairs and, when needed, contacting engineers or service agents. You will be confident in performing fire, basic electrical and appliance checks, and will play a key role in promoting the well‑being of the residents and the smooth operation of the home.

Reports to:

Home Manager / Asset Manager

• Capability of working to a very high standard.
• Ability to work as part of a team, take direction and communicate effectively.
• Experience in a facilities / maintenance role.
• Ability to perform repair work, painting, gardening and other maintenance duties.
• Ability to use tools and equipment in a safe manner.
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements relevant to a maintenance role.
• A full valid UK driving licence.
