FLT​/Production Operative

Position: FLT / Production Operative
ISQ Recruitment is proud to be working with a fantastic client in Great Yarmouth, who is seeking an FLT / Production Operative to join their busy bagging department. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a reliable, individual with a well-established company.

Pay Rates
- FLT Driver/Production: £13.00 per hour
Overtime: £19.50 per hour   Shifts
- Monday to Friday 06:00 AM - 18:00 PM  

The Role
- You will play a vital role in supporting the daily bagging and production operations, ensuring products are accurately prepared, labelled, and handled safely.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting daily production targets within the bagging area
Ensuring bags are correctly inflated before filling
Monitoring bags as they move safely along the conveyor system
Accurately writing and recording mixture contents on bulk bags
Securing filled bags using plastic ties
Operating a Counterbalance FLT to lift, move, and stack completed bulk bags
Following all on-site health & safety procedures and PPE requirements
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment  Skills & Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
Previous experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
Ability to follow instructions and accurately record information
Comfortable with manual handling and working around machinery
