Sales Assistant​/Trainee

Probe Manufacturing and Fabrication are looking to hire a Sales Assistant / Trainee on a full time, permanent basis. Based at their facility in Great Yarmouth, the Sales Assistant/Trainee will provide support to the Sales and Business Teams with their customer requirements.

Duties & Main Responsibilities

• Provide support to the sales team.

• Raising works orders

• Assisting with quotations

• Liaising with 3rd party vendors

• Liaising between sales team & operations

• Collating reports from weekly / monthly / annual figures

• To show responsibility, compliance and full commitment to the Health, Safety and Environmental management system

• Working with the team to develop new opportunities

Required

• A background of Sales related activities and/or relevant industry exposure

• MS Office based experience

• Exceptional communication skills

• A positive attitude

• Undertake training and courses where appropriate

• Willingness to travel for client visits
