* Job Purpose:
** Responsible for leading the EMEIA Quality function, ensuring the business consistently complies with required quality standards to achieve operational excellence. The role focuses on exceeding customer expectations, meeting OTIF (On Time In Full) commitments, and achieving AOP (Annual Operating Plan) objectives. The position also has oversight of the EH&S function, with emphasis on driving effectiveness, ensuring compliance with standards, improving workplace safety, and reducing risk.

* Main Responsibilities:
*** Ensure business-wide compliance with quality standards as required by customers, external accreditations, and internal company policies.
* Act as the lead interface with customers and accreditation bodies on quality, approvals, audits, and appraisals.
* Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring its continuous improvement through monitoring, reporting, and refinement.
* Lead activities related to achieving and maintaining ISO
9001, AS9100, and other relevant certifications, with specific responsibility for ISO
45001 and ISO
14001 attainment.
* Provide Quality Engineering expertise to ensure delivery of OTIF commitments and achievement of key metrics.
* Collaborate proactively with engineering and operations teams on problem solving, process improvements, and effective QMS document creation/revision.
* Engage across the entire product life cycle, working closely with R&D, product line management, and programme managers to enhance quality input and decision-making.
* Drive a culture of continuous quality improvement, initiating and leading programmes to reduce cost, minimise waste, improve quality, and maximise value creation.
* Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and metrics to track quality performance.
* Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools, lead improvement projects, and facilitate cross-functional programmes to increase effectiveness.
* Implement and manage internal audits in line with schedules. Oversee the Corrective Action System to resolve identified gaps and introduce preventive measures.
* Partner with Procurement to select, evaluate, and develop suppliers in line with quality standards.
* Design and deliver training programmes to build awareness and competence across quality initiatives.
* Provide strong leadership to the Quality function, coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to build a high-performing team culture.
* Conduct appraisals, performance management, and succession planning to develop capability and ensure business continuity.
* Support the HSE & Site Services Manager in maintaining compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation, Codes of Practice, and audit requirements.
