About the Role:
The client is seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Office Coordinator to support daily operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can take initiative, adapt quickly, and manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to emails and voicemails in a timely and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist callers as needed
- Use the LTSS payment system to review employee logins/logouts and follow up with staff
- Utilize Well Sky to:
- Make adjustments based on state reporting
- Staff and schedule employees (core responsibility)
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Contact employees to request updated documentation
- Track and maintain documentation for 50+ employees daily
- Submit client information to the state when requested
- Provide limited support with hiring activities when required (infrequent)
