Outside Property -Associate Claim Rep

• Salary range up to $86,800
• Eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards

• Participate in structured training covering insurance policies, claim processes, and systems
• Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers
• Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses and create estimates
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in management systems

• High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid driver's license
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to positive experiences
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Basic conflict resolution skills with a willingness to learn advanced techniques
