Pay range: $71,000.00 - $

About the Job:
As an Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) Leader, you will oversee assigned ICQA responsibilities and supervise a group of ICQA team members and Inbound Problem Solvers in the execution of quality routines, functions, and research.
You will be responsible for leadership & development, coaching, and performance management of the training team. This includes providing constructive feedback on work quality, guiding and directing, lead performance reviews, corrective actions, and terminations. You will oversee onboarding and training completion for new hires and support continued enhancement of the team's capability.
You will root‑cause quality defects and pre‑receipt defects, analyze operations to identify gaps in inventory control and quality assurance. You will lead improvements within inbound receipts, bin and location accuracy, order cancellations and other quality indicators identified through process audits, and identify vendor trends in pre‑receipt defects and damages.
In leading the ICQA department, you will determine appropriate methods, implement continuous improvement practices, and collaborate across departments to drive quality goals and meet inventory control metrics.
About You:
- Four‑year degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to handle frequently changing and competing priorities.
- Experience navigating web‑based ICQA reporting and forms (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Smartsheet).
- Experience with Six‑Sigma, Lean, Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering.
- Strong communication, reasoning, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, operational research, root‑cause, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to motivate teams, manage conflict, provide feedback, and develop team capabilities.
- Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate policies and procedures.
