We are currently hiring for Shift Leaders who are motivated people with excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish a team that works well together, increases profits, and provides outstanding service. We are looking for someone who takes the lead to tackle problems, seeks help from others when appropriate, and is willing to provide help and mentorship to their team.

Prior restaurant experience may qualify you for this role.

• Lead a restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food.
• Tackle problems proactively and seek assistance when needed.
• Mentor and support team members to improve performance and service quality.

• Motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and lead a cohesive team.
• Prior restaurant experience is a plus.

Wendy’s Shift Leaders: $16 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
