Domino's Pizza is hiring for Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join their team!

Full time and Part time, Permanent.

We need someone who can lead, manage, and maintain a customer-friendly environment while ensuring smooth operations. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee store operations, manage staff, control costs, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representative and Delivery Driver
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during the shift
• Responsible for all store operations
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (including phone orders)
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers
• Making fast, accurate, and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures
• Delivering products by vehicle from the store to the customer safely and courteously
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back
• Upholding a professional appearance at all times in compliance with the Domino's Pizza Uniform and Grooming Standards

• Experience leading a team of 3 to 30 people
• Stellar attitude and motivational skills to keep the team organized and productive
• Access to a reliable insured vehicle and a valid driver’s licence preferred

Physical demands may include standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, squatting, reaching, various hand tasks, and proper use of machines, tools, or equipment.
