Sales Support RepresentativeSchedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information and address customer concerns or questions.
- Effectively use a customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
- 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making decisions in a timely manner.
- Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships.
- General digital literacy including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn product knowledge and processes.
– $21.51 – $34.39 (Monthly for salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles). Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
