Technician 1 – responsible for preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment including Aerial Work Platforms, general construction tools, large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas related equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment to avoid downtime.
• Work on a variety of makes, models, and equipment to build skills.
• Develop new skills for a career track in service or operation management.
• Maintain a safety‑focused work environment.

• High school diploma or GED required; some trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 1 to 3 years of technician experience with diesel equipment, heavy construction equipment, or specialty lines equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC or oil & gas equipment).
• Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Tools of trade may be required.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs.

The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

$21.41 - $29.43 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
