• 5+ years of minimum experience in the plumbing trade.
• Journeyman License or Masters.
• Backflow license required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment requirements.
• Clean driving record with valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday 7:30am – 4:00pm and evenings and weekends when needed.
• Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes.
• Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing related issues.
• Use a variety of power tools, hand tools and measuring devices/meters to perform job functions.
• Be able to perform daily tasks including but not limited to: water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement including faucets, tubs, showers and toilets, drain clearing and competent use of sewer machines.
• Monitor, identify and respond promptly to malfunctioning of equipment.
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly.
• Keep truck inventory up to date.
• Read and comply with work orders concerning service, modification or installation of equipment.
• Properly complete paperwork.

• Top salary, 40 to 70 dollars per hour, $100,000 or more per year possible.
