Position Summary
Thompson Creek Window Company is seeking licensed and insured installation crews to partner with us as Bath Installer Crew Partners. You and your team will be responsible for the professional installation of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel systems in customers' homes. This is a contract partnership opportunity offering consistent work, competitive pay, and full support from our project management team.
Essential Functions
- Perform installations at customers' homes on schedule while protecting their property.
- Follow Thompson Creek and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel processes and procedures precisely.
- Demonstrate completed systems to customers and ensure satisfaction.
- Clean and restore workspace upon completion of each project.
- Complete paperwork with the customer and collect final payment when required.
- Maintain communication with the Installation Manager throughout the day.
- Perform multi-step processes in logical order, check your work, and correct any errors.
Qualifications
- Licensed and insured residential installation crew.
- At least one year of experience in bath.
- Own at least one truck and proper tools required for installation.
- Employ a crew capable of completing projects professionally and efficiently.
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to measure, use hand and power tools, and perform construction-related tasks.
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and customer service.
- Organized, accountable, and professional in both appearance and conduct.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and project managers.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for weekend work as needed.
- Consistent work year-round with optional 7-day schedules.
- Competitive pay - crews earn on average $200,000 to $500,000 per year.
- Materials custom-measured and prepared by our project management staff for each installation, ready for pickup.
- Dumpsters at our facility for easy disposal of old materials at no cost.
- Dedicated support from a Thompson Creek Project Manager to resolve any on-site issues.
