Description

Position Summary

Thompson Creek Window Company is seeking a licensed and insured Master Plumber to partner with us for the professional installation of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel systems in customers' homes. This is a contract partnership opportunity offering consistent projects, competitive pay, and full support from our project management team.

Essential Functions
  • Perform bath installations in customers' homes on schedule, ensuring all work meets plumbing code requirements and customer property is protected.
  • Follow Thompson Creek and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel processes and procedures with precision.
  • Ensure all plumbing connections are properly installed, tested, and compliant with local codes.
  • Demonstrate completed systems to customers, address questions, and confirm satisfaction.
  • Clean and restore workspace upon completion of each project.
  • Complete necessary paperwork with the customer and collect final payment when required.
  • Maintain open communication with the Installation Manager throughout the project.
  • Troubleshoot and correct any plumbing or installation issues that arise during the job.
Requirements

Qualifications
  • Licensed and insured Master Plumber with active credentials in the state(s) of operation.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential plumbing, preferably in bath installations or remodels.
  • Own reliable transportation, plumbing tools, and equipment required for installation.
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel to project sites.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential plumbing systems, fixtures, and code requirements.
  • Demonstrated craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service.
  • Professional in both appearance and communication, with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet scheduled deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
