We are hiring Warehouse Workers / Package Handlers for our Marlboro, MD location. Applying is quick and easy – talk to a recruiter today and you could start within the week!

Shift: Saturday through Friday from 12:30 AM to 10:30 AM or End of Sort. Days provided by management.

"End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.

• Hourly Rate starting at $16.00/hr (weekly pay)

• Unloading trailers and sorting packages by zip codes
• Loading trucks for deliveries
• Being a team player – everyone works together to get the job done
• Staying on your feet while working – great job for someone looking to stay active
• Being dependable, flexible, and reliable
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Working in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Gloves and work boots are recommended

• Referral bonus reward of $500 (offered for all positions company-wide)
• Payout: $250 paid on the next paycheck after the 45‑day mark for the referred candidate’s tenure, and $250 paid on the next paycheck after the 90‑day mark
• Referral bonus eligibility dates: referrals that start between 1/1/2025 and 12/31/2025
