Position

The Warehouse Order Runner is responsible for efficiently retrieving customer orders from the warehouse and delivering them to the will call counter for pickup. This role ensures timely and accurate handling of merchandise, supports customer service efforts, and maintains a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve customer orders from designated warehouse locations based on pick tickets or system instructions.
  • Transport items safely and efficiently to the will call/customer counter.
  • Verify order accuracy before delivery to the counter.
  • Communicate with warehouse staff and counter personnel to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Assist with staging and organizing will call orders for easy access and pickup.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and will call areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Provide support during inventory counts and restocking as needed.
  • Other duties as required
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move items up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs].
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $18 to $23 / hour
