Front Desk Staff – Work Out West Health & Recreation Campus

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greeley, CO. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting members, managing check-ins and membership inquiries, operating the front desk phone, and providing general information about the facility.

Additionally, they will handle administrative tasks, ensure the front desk area is organized, and maintain high standards of customer service to ensure a welcoming experience for all members and guests.

• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage with members professionally and courteously
• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic Computer Literacy, including the ability to use relevant scheduling and management software
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
