$21.00/yr - $22.00/yr

We’re hiring a Leasing & Office Assistant
. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, reliable, enjoys working with people—and wants to grow their career in property management!

• Answer multi-line phones and greet residents and visitors
• Assist with rental applications and explain the application process
• Schedule tours and respond to leasing questions
• Create and track maintenance work orders and service requests
• File and organize paperwork; take messages
• Keep the office and lobby clean and professional
• Stock office supplies and assist with daily administrative tasks

• Previous leasing or office experience preferred (Section 8 a plus)
• Able to learn paperwork and follow procedures
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• Comfortable in a front-desk, resident-facing role
• Fair Housing knowledge helpful
