• Always responsible to greet, acknowledge and accompany customers.
• Collects information from customers' vehicles and completes video walk arounds.
• Picks up and delivers vehicles as needed to accommodate business/customer need.
• Shuttles customers to home, work, or other requested locations as needed.
• Parks and moves vehicles/equipment to maintain lot order as directed by management.
• Helps clean shop and service area to maintain cleanliness and customers areas.
• Drives vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and to designated parking spots.
• Performs general cleanup of vehicles after service work is completed as outlined in SOP.
• Cleans and maintains the washroom/bay throughout the day. Cleans and stocks at end of shift.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager.
• Assist technicians and parts team in running parts to and from parts areas, stalls and other locations.
• Supports service team with various administrative duties such as scanning, filing, etc. as needed.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• 1+ years of experience in automotive detailing, car wash, or reconditioning preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
