Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA - Home Visits

Per Diem - Part Time - Full Time

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide visits for our Fort Collins Visits office.

Primary Coverage Territory: Weld County (Windsor, Greeley, and surrounding areas)

As a home health care Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, allowing them to remain at home with the necessary medical support.

Requirements for Occupational Therapy Assistants:

• Be licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant by the state of Colorado
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Graduated from an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the AMA and the AOTA, evidenced by transcript or diploma; or
• Two years of relevant experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and a satisfactory score on a proficiency exam approved by the U.S. Public Health Service (for qualifications before December 31, 1977)
• At least one year of supervised work experience under a qualified Occupational Therapist

Additional Information:

• Pay: $43-48 per visit, depending on experience
• Mileage Reimbursement
