Trust & Estates Associate Attorney

A highly respected and well-established law firm in Greeley is seeking a Trust & Estates Associate Attorney to join its growing estate planning practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of estate planning experience who is looking to build a long-term practice within a collaborative, high-quality firm environment.

What You'll Do

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives

• Advise individuals and families on wealth transfer, tax planning, asset protection, and succession planning

• Assist with trust and estate administration matters as needed

• Work directly with clients to provide thoughtful, personalized planning solutions

• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to deliver comprehensive client service

• Participate in business development and cultivate referral relationships (existing book or referral pipeline is a plus)

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active Colorado Bar license in good standing

• 2+ years of experience in estate planning

• Strong drafting, analytical, and client-facing communication skills

• Interest in building a long-term trusts and estates practice

• Entrepreneurial mindset; existing book of business or referral pipeline is a plus, but not required
