- Lead and manage supervisory staff overseeing day-to-day production operations
- Drive production yields, gross margins, scheduling, and workforce performance
- Translate company strategy into actionable execution through supervisors
- Ensure employees meet performance standards (productivity, attendance, safety, quality)
- Oversee SOPs and workflows to maximize KPIs and efficiency
- Champion safety, loss prevention, risk management, and USDA/GMP compliance
- Partner with HR on hiring, training, development, retention, and succession planning
- Reduce turnover through engagement, training, and leadership development
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Operations, or equivalent experience - Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in production/manufacturing leadership - Strong background in Manufacturing operations, SOPs, KPIs, and compliance environments
- Compliance experience in USDA and GMP‑regulated operations
- Leadership capability:
Proven ability to manage supervisors and influence performance - Technical skills:
Microsoft Office, data entry, reporting, and operational metrics - Other:
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and continuous improvement mindset
