Facility Operations Manager

This position is responsible for daily plant operations, development and construction support, maintenance and trade operations, and regulatory and compliance, which includes workflow and operational integrity of the facility and its equipment. This position supervises the assigned department staff ensuring all tasks are completed timely and accurately, lending expertise when needed.

Core functions include hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for staff, participating in the development and implementation of department goals and objectives, ensuring regulatory compliance, evaluating and resolving complex issues, interacting and collaborating with facility leaders and medical staff, assisting with facility and regulatory initiatives, reviewing facility and regulatory documentation, and working independently to develop and implement protocols for facility and regulatory compliance.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, three to five years of progressive experience maintaining facility services, fire/life safety equipment and programs, and at least one year of leadership experience. Preferred qualifications include an associate's degree in facility management or related field, three or more years of previous supervisory experience, and certifications such as Certified Healthcare Facility Manager or Certified Facility Manager.

Estimated pay range is $32.09 - $53.48/hour. Banner Health is committed to pay equity and transparency. The posted compensation range is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay Banner Health in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. This range is based on possible base salaries and does not include the value of our total rewards package.

Actual pay determined at offer will be based on years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location, along with a review of current employees in similar roles to ensure pay equity is achieved and maintained.
