Manufacturing Engineer
Location:
Greeley, CO. Full‑time, mid‑senior level. Salary range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year. On‑site schedule 7:00 am‑4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday.
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes for electrical and metal components.
- Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
- Drive efficiency through Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new product launches by ensuring designs are scalable for production.
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to maintain high standards.
- Promote a safe work environment and compliance with regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Hands‑on experience with custom or low‑volume, high‑complexity manufacturing.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement tools.
- Experience with metal fabrication and electro‑mechanical assembly.
