Join our dynamic team at the Windsor Production facility where we craft wind turbine blades. This 12‑hour evening/day shift role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of monumental products that power homes across the US.

$23.50/hr - $25.50/hr

• Efficiently operate manufacturing equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Follow Process Work Instructions and perform manual production tasks to fit and assemble components such as bolts, screws, shafts, or bearings.
• Exceed production benchmarks by completing tasks within the designated timeframe and contributing to team objectives.
• Lifting, positioning, and/or removing material from work areas.
• Load, stack, and transport materials by hand, truck, crane, or jib.
• Read and comprehend Work Process Instructions and translate them into action.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
• Work in an environment that involves latex, epoxy, fiberglass, and fiberglass dust.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of experience in manufacturing, trade labor, crane operation, or fabrication.
• Effective communication in English—reading, writing, speaking.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Basic system skills—Microsoft Office, SAP, and Apriso preferred.
• Must pass a confined‑spaces test.
• Must pass a respiratory fit test.
