Pay: $19-22 Per Hour DOE
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift | 3:15 PM - 11:45 PM

Are you an experienced soldering professional with a strong eye for detail? A local electronics manufacturing company is seeking 3 experienced Electromechanical PCB Solder Operators to join their team. If you have experience soldering printed circuit boards and working with electronic assemblies in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!

- Perform hand soldering of components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.
- Assemble and solder electromechanical components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
- Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and workmanship.
- Identify and correct soldering defects and assembly issues.
- Use hand tools, soldering equipment, microscopes, and other production equipment as required.
- Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate quality or production concerns with supervisors and quality personnel.
- Previous experience with PCB soldering and electromechanical assembly required
. - Experience with hand soldering electronic components.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, assembly drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work with small components and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete production documentation.
- IPC certification or electronics manufacturing experience is a plus.
