Registered Nurse (PRN RN Nights)
Wellpath is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a PRN RN for night shifts. You will provide high‑quality nursing care to underserved patients and participate in continuous learning and training.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in assessing and planning individualized treatment programs; consult with charge nurses and other staff as needed.
- Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and supporting minor medical or surgical procedures.
- Count controlled substances and perform clinical care in accordance with policies and protocols.
- Document nursing encounters using the SOAP charting format and attend mandatory staff meetings and training.
- Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, supervising personnel, and other healthcare team members as required.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of one year clinic experience preferred.
- Current RN license in the state of employment.
- CPR certification required.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Shift: 6 p.m.–6 a.m. with a $4 night differential, $3 weekend differential. PRN agreement of 4 shifts per month including 1 weekend, 1 major holiday, and 1 minor holiday.
