Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking qualified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP, FNP, AGNP, PA-C) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Psychiatry team in Colorado. Our team specializes in comprehensive behavioral health services for the underserved geriatric population in Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care facilities.
Compensation Package: $195,000 + (base plus incentives)
Job Type: Full‑time, W2 (Part Time options available)
Location: Loveland, Greeley

- Provide face‑to‑face psychiatric services to patients directly in Skilled Nursing Facilities.
- Assess the patient’s mental status based on symptoms.
- Appropriately diagnose DSM‑V disorders and develop treatment plans.
- Apply appropriate medical decision‑making skills for mental health issues including psychopharmacology options and non‑pharmacological treatments.
- Staff clinical cases with psychiatrists.
- Licensed in Colorado by the Board of Nursing in good standing with a focus in psychiatry.
- Licensed by the Colorado Board of Pharmacy in good standing to prescribe controlled substances (DEAs required).
- Malpractice Insurance if Independent Contractor (offered by the company for W2 employees).
- 1 year of Geriatric Psychology experience.
- 1 year providing treatment within Skilled Nursing Facilities and/or Acute Rehab Hospitals.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent written communication.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, organized, and capable of functioning under stressful situations.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
