Job Location: GREELEY, CO 80634
Salary Range: $32.00 - $38.00 Hourly
The Center at Center Place is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel‑like setting.
Our center is seeking team‑oriented, LPNs who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service.

- LPN administers and documents the administration of medications and treatments per physician orders
- Evaluates patients routinely and with changes of condition
