- DAYS: 6 am - 2:30 pm

Your Role and Responsibilities
As an integral member of our interdisciplinary team, you will:
- Deliver quality nursing care through compassionate interpersonal contact.
- Monitor and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
- Currently licensed/registered in the applicable state, maintaining an active LPN license in good standing.
- One (1) year of skilled nursing experience is preferred.
- CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation, with ongoing maintenance of certification.
